Membership Payments
Membership payment with TidyHQ is via the Stripe platform online, and will be required at the end of this process. Membership fees are separate to the individual sporting fees.
Player Registration
Player registrations and sporting fees are on separate platforms and are a separate payment. Players must register to play cricket, football, hockey or netball. Links to the various registration sites will be emailed at the completion of this registration.
Privacy
Personal information collected by the Nhill & District Sporting Club is for the purposes of membership requirements, competition purposes and player development. It will not be released for any form of commercial gain and will be maintained in a secure environment as per the requirements of the Privacy Act. Completion and lodgement of this Membership Application indicates acceptance of this policy.
Recording images of children participating in cricket/football/hockey/netball, both photographic and videographic, is not permissible without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian, as per the club’s Video & Photography Policy which is available to read at the club’s website www.nhillsportingclub.com.au/
Get Active Kids Voucher Program
If your family or child has a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, you may be eligible for up to $200 to put towards the cost of each child’s registration and membership fees at the Nhill & District Sporting Club.

To be eligible for reimbursement your child/dependant must be:
- aged 0 to 18 years
- a resident in Victoria
- named on an issued and valid Australian Government Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, or hold their own valid Australian Government Health Care Card (at the time of your application), and
- named on an issued and valid Australian Government Medicare Card (at the time of your application).
You can apply for multiple children but you must apply separately for each child.
At the end of this process, visit https://www.getactive.vic.gov.au/vouchers/apply-for-vouchers/ and select "Get Reimbursed".
